I believe music is an ancient medicine that we all have within us, and the more we share it, the more we send ripples of remembrance out to the people around us that we were born to sing together. I’ve worked through deep self-consciousness around my own voice and lots of stage fright, and I know how vulnerable it is to share these parts of ourselves that we feel aren’t refined enough to be seen. I love to help guide people in safely finding their unique expression, honing in on it, and finally sharing it with the world.

I teach guitar, harmonium, piano, handpan and harmonica. I also teach beginner-level voice and Native American flute. I love to play and teach many genres, from medicine music to rock and pop.
